Astwood Bank Angling Club - Application for new membership

For security and convenience we use PayPal to collect payments. If you don't have a PayPal account you can pay using a credit/debit card.
Any information collected via this application form is used only for the purpose of processing your membership application.

There are 3 steps to the application process:
Step1: Complete the form below making sure to attach a passport style photo, once complete click PROCEED TO PAYMENT.
Step 2: Select the membership type you require from the drop down boxes and click PAY NOW.
Step 3: You will be forwarded to the PayPal website, check the details and amount added to the cart are correct. If you have a PayPal account click PayPal Check out, if not click Check out.

By submitting this application you agree to the following conditions:
Astwood Bank Angling Club accepts no liability for any accident or injury that occurs whilst you are fishing on club waters.
Astwood Bank Angling Club reserves the right to refuse any application.
To abide by all Astwood Bank Angling Club rules and conditions.
You are not able to fish at any club waters until you have received your membership pack.

When you click the proceed to payment button below your application will be sent and you will be forwarded to the payment page. Your application cannot be accepted until all relevant documents and payments are received. If you are disabled or a student you will need to provide proof. You can do this by emailing it to membership@astwoodbankac.co.uk, make sure to include your name and date of birth in the email.
