Astwood Bank Angling Club Forum

Hi all,
I'm new to ABAC and not fished any venues yet. I was over the moon to find this pool is less than a mile from my house. I was wondering if anyone knows of any tench in there. I had a look the other afternoon and saw signs of fizzing bubbles and quite fancy a go as I've never had a tench. Anyone have any experience here?

There are certainly roach, carp and bream in here. Wood Bevington just around the corner definately has tench along with crucian carp, bigger carp and some nice bream plus the usual roach, rudd and perch. If you want to know more then give John Bennett the bailiff a call.
