New to the forum joined the club this year and i am focusing on abbots lake already had a couple visits observing the water and got the rods out sunday seen a nice common top over near the right bank couple liners and bleeps but probably a long time before i crack the abbotvinci code aha anyone been down and had any success

Welcome to the forum and club.

I've had a few out this year but blanks aren't uncommon. And get used to the liners especially this time of year.

ASL is a funny old place but if you stick at it its worth it.

Its such huge water for so little carp whats the biggest youve had out this year?

To be fair i need a walk atound with someone who knows the lakes well to get a better insight on it

Good angling is it productive in the day or do you have too spend a good 24 hour on there
