Swan Pool carp mouths

Postby ThinkTurbo » Mon May 26, 2014 6:38 pm

Hi, fished here today, and caught a lot of good commons on feeder, a lot of the fish have very badly damaged mouths, if any on some, seemed to be the larger fish tho, those under three pounds looked lovely all over, anything over that also had a lot of body and scale damage also.

Body damage has possibly occurred through recent spawning.

What about the loss of lips and mouths, some fish seriously mutated.

Mouth damage could of been caused by low diameter lines being used, body damage from keep nets?
