After all the negative points regarding Wood Bev, thought I would give it a go anyway, and have been twice in the last 2 weeks. Fished single red maggot over caster and hemp on Peg 8, and had around 7lb of perch, a 2lb 3oz Crucian, a 4lb 5oz Bream and 2 Tench, best was 4lb...also small Roach, Gudgeo...
