what a ridiculous statement! like somebody said above look at the tactics you are using and baiting approach, cant just come on here slating the club. for £50 odd pound a year to have access to all these pools all year round, bargain in my book.

A good few hours fishing

I had a nice days fishing on Saturday, fished for about 4 hours and had a fair few fish, lots of f1's and small tench, then some nice big carp in the margins. only rained the once, which was better than the forecast promised! that walk is a killer, but worth it in the end!

First session, which lake?

Hi all, new to the forum/club, looking to do my 1st session on Saturday. Will be fishing on pole and method feeder, what lake would be best to visit? Preferably one that's not too busy, looking at Bradley Green, Alvechurch, swan or skilts? Any recommendations would be appreciated.
Thanks
James
