The temperature and weather changing this will have an adverse affect on fishing. However I am surprised that you have struggled at b green, as it usually fishes really well throughout the whole year. Don't get me wrong you won't have as many fish throughout the winter from here but you are certainl...

As it states in rules and on the signs around the pool, you are only allowed to park around pool if you are disabled and can show a ABAC disabled car parking sticker. If you have any problems or queries or need to raise an issue it is no good raising the problem in question after something has happe...

The waters that Astwood bank have got are just as good if not better than most of the water filled holes in the...

Fact: i think you will find the club is built around a constitution which can only be amended as a vote through the agm by members. No where in the club rules does it state that the you can fish throughout the grace period. The dates are given to allow time for people to renew as not everyone can re...

Thanks Stu, that is enlightening to know that someone within the club cares and that there is support from members to committee. Its what you do not see (Behind the scenes) that goes unoticed unfortunately but what makes the biggest impacts in our club. As you stated it is nice just to know that mem...

Ban ON Keepnets due to KHV close by.
As you are all probably aware that a local fishery known as Alcott farm fishery has been infected by KHV virus this has already been covered in another thread on the forum.
From Immediate effect all keepnets have been banned on alvechurch.
Thus to insure the safety of the fish.
Thanks

Yes there are bigger carp in bradley green but unfortunatley they are outweighed by the smaller ones so competition for food is always taken by the small ones. I dont fish for the bigger carp as it is nigh on impossible to get the bigger ones. However have noticed that the larger carp patrol the bush...

It was in the previos bank notes late last year, however i needed more than 3 people to possibly order goods else it would not be worth the time and money due to ordering such little stock. The more i ordered the less the items would be. ABAC did order (im going back a few years) several 100 items o...
